Southeast Longmont is home to one of the hospitals in town, as well as Smuckers, and Costco (scheduled to begin construction in 2022). There is a private golf course, several schools, and the soon-to-be redeveloped Sugar Mill area. Southeast Longmont is also close to Union Reservoir which has a swim beach, a dog beach, fishing and sailing opportunities. Southeast Longmont has the quickest access to I-25.
